Dolores worked for many years administrating a private practice medical office, where she learned the finer aspects of customer care and business managment.. She later worked her way through the ranks and started her own travel consultancy business. She has traveled extensively, escorting large tour groups all over the world. She has also assisted in medical missions globally. AiMIN is proud to have Dolores at the helm for her vast exposure and knowledge of business and the world at large.

She resides in Colorado where she enjoys many outdoor activities and helping take care of her grandson..

Martha's extensive ministry background is the cornerstone of AiMIN activities, and reminding us of our true purpose. Martha lived in Indianapolis, Indiana for over 15 years. During this time, she served as the Youth Minister of her Parish for several years and then became the Coordinator of Religious Education for the Parish. Martha was responsible for initiating new religious educational programs for both the parish school and public school youth, Sacramental preparation, and; developing adult religious education. As a member of the Parish Board, Martha presented a thorough report on all Religious Education programs.

Martha currently lives in Henderson, Nevada, where she volunteers at a women's homeless shelter, Catholic Worker, and in several ministries at her Parish. Martha has four daughters, nine grandchildren, a great-grandson, and a beloved dog.

As a pediatrician, Kelly works to ensure a healthy start for every child to build healthy families and communities. She works in Carson City, NV as a community pediatrician, where she has easy access to many mountains and Lake Tahoe for all kinds of outdoor activities.

After a medical mission trip to Peru (with Lisa, Dolores and Bruce), she understood her call to medical missions and completed her MD at the University of Miami. After pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado, Kelly expanded her public global health knowledge with a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Global Health, Colorado School of Public Health. Her work focuses on education of local community health workers and local members to enhance health care access for the medically indigent, especially in rural locations. Out of her experiences and academic studies, Kelly focuses on evidence based interventions with a public health perspective in order to empower the local community. Her connection with the milennial generation and global health are tremendous assets to AiMIN.
